HoverAid hovercraft, bring aid and development to remote communities in Madagascar where hunger, malaria, HIV and lack of clean water affect the health of millions. Following cyclones Giovanna and Irina Hoveraid's team identified two bridges in Ankavandra which have been washed away - we plan to rebuild them.

The east coast town of Brickaville appears to have taken the worst of Cyclone Giovanna with many buildings damaged, however the main road to the port of Tamatave (Taomasina) appears passable.
